By accessing or using OmniPharm.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
omnipharm.arctec.llc provides pharmaceutical portfolio intelligence tools including pipeline tracking, regulatory comparison, scenario modeling, and competitor benchmarking. The Service is provided by Arctec LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating applicable laws, uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Arctec LLC and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Data you upload to the Service remains your property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arctec LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
